Prices are per apartment and per night for 2 people. In addition, there is the local tax of 2.90 euros per night and person aged 14 and over. The minimum stay is 3 nights. CANCELLATION

• Up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge;
• up to 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
• up to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total amount;
• from 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

Breakfast

Have breakfast on your private terrace, in the garden on the terrace or in the lounge – wherever you prefer!

On request, we can serve you fruit spreads, honey, tea herbs, compotes, apple sauce, apple juice, dried fruit, elderberry syrup and sweets from our own production in the morning. Of course there are also croissants, fresh bread, yoghurt, muesli, cheese, Speck and ham. Breakfast has an additional cost. 

Marende or picnic basket

On request, we will be happy to put together a snack with delicious specialties for the day. Let us know the day before and we will prepare bread, bacon, sausage and cheese as well as juices and a glass of good wine for you. The picnic basket has an additional cost. 

We will be happy to shop for you before your arrival and fill your private fridge in the apartment without extra fees. Please order at least one day before your arrival, click here for the shopping list.

TRAVELLING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

In your app store you will find the „Südtirol mobil” app for free download. With this app you can get all the information about the times and routes of buses, trains and public cable cars. The next bus stop, Saubach in Barbian, is 400 meters away. The closest train stop is Waidbruck. With the South Tyrol Guest Pass you can get around with public transport in the whole region for free.

RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS

You can walk to the Saubacher Hof for lunch or dinner in 400 meters, there are other restaurants of all kinds within a few kilometers - you can reach them by taxi or car.

The nearest supermarket is 2.5 kilometers away, but we are also happy to shop for you. You will find shops of all kinds in Chiusa, which is 8 kilometers away by car, bus or train.
